Need some suggestion to choose between them.\nAfter completing my master in US, I have been working for almost 3 years as a web programmer in a tier 2/3 compnay in US.\n**Amazon:**\n**Position:** Software developer 1 (L4) (Android, Typescript, React etc..)\n**Location:** Sunnyvale, California (Work from home till office reopens)\n**Team:** Amazon Fire TV (Amazon Devices)\n**Compensation:** 212K (141K base, 65K bonus, 140K RSU with (5%, 15%, 40%, 40%) vesting\n\n**Microsoft:**\n**Position:** Senior Software Developer (L61) (Backend Developer)\n**Location:** Redmond, Washington (Hiring manager is cool with work from home as well. Techincally I can work from anywhere in US)\n**Team:** C& E, Billing and Forecasting \n**Compensation**: 212K (142K base, 40K bonus, 132K RSU with (25%, 25%, 25%, 25%) vesting\n\nI really appreciate if you could suggestions to choose between these two offers.\n\nThanks in advance!
