Hi LeetCode community,

I have 3.3 YOE, currently working in product based MNC and graduated from a tier 1 college (IIT). Current CTC: 16LPA. Kindly suggest to choose between the following offers (w.r.t learning, tech stack, work culture,compensation):

1. Intuit (SDE-2 position)
   Base: 26 LPA
   Bonus: 2.6 LPA
   RSUs: 7.5 LPA (for 4 years)
   Sign-on Bonus: 5 LPA

2. Cleartrip (SDE-2 position)
   Base: 32 LPA
   Bonus: 3.2 LPA
   ESOPs: 3 LPA (for 4 years -- Flipkart's ESOPs as Cleartrip was acquired by Flipkart earlier this year)
   Sign-on Bonus: 5 LPA

Also, please suggest if I can negotiate better in the 2nd offer. Thanks in Advance.
