I am curious about the opportuinies for the freshers. I see many linkedIn profiles where very smart people with 3-4 years of experience join Google. It seems like ultimately everyone wants to join Google.

Is there any company you would prefer over Google as a new grad in India? I want to ask in the term of career growth, peers, and work-life balance considering there are many other companies that give a similar pay.
