Suppose I get joining bonus of 1 lakh, now if I switch company then what amount of joining bonus I will have to return? And what is the time period after I won't have to return joining bonus? I am a final year undergraduate who got job offer from campus placement and I am not interested to work there. So If I could not get off-campus job till joining then I will have to sign and start working there until I get off-campus. So Will I have to return bonus in that case?
