i have 10 years if exeprience in QA .My career has been stable as i was working in service based companies.
i was working with a Bank in May of 2020 and kater on made a change to another conpany in February 2021.As the new company had offered me a developer role.The hike was very less.But when i joined the company i was doing work which was similar to my previous company and there was no going back as my position had been filled.
The work in my new company is not all interesting and i am not gaining any knowledge out of it.The tech stack is primitive and they are making me do Manual testing instead of Automation.
So i started interviewing again and there is this new company,which delas in Kubernetes and stuff.They have total of 5 rounds out of which i have cleared 2.And i am pretty sure i will clear remaining rounds as well.
i wanted to know from you guys will another switch will reflect negatively on me and make fuether changes difficult.
