Paytm vs Airtel X Labs

I have got 2 offers

1.Paytm

2.Airtel X labs

Current Experience -- 2 years

Both are offering same package and work location is also no issue for me.

Can any one please suggest which way to go in terms of learning , work culture and work life balance.
