Hi Everyone,

I need some suggestions. Currently working in a service based company with 5+ experience and TC 11 LPA. I am into MERN stack and received an offer from Oracle India for 30 LPA fixed. I have been told I will be working for Oracle Data Cloud and after 4-5 months will be moved to OCI team. Heard that in OCI work life balance is bad, work culture is also not good. I have only 2 days left in finishing notice period and don't have another offer from this size product MNC. Other offers are from small companies. Hence I am confused whether to join Oracle or not, or if I join and switch again after some months, will that be fine or not.

Please share your views on this.
