Little bit context : I am a final year cse student from tier 2 college in India. Couple months back I completed my summer intenship at a mid size US based startup.
Aflter completing my summer internship I recieve a PPO from same company
Now, as the intenship was through campus I can't sit for on campus.
Problem : CTC offered is very less 15LPA with 12 base. Also glassdoor reviews aren't very good. So, I wan't to try off campus. I have little to no idea how I go about them i.e when do we start applying, how to get referals etc.
How should I go about this? I'm kinda lost.
Any help would be great.
