Background

Btech CSE tier1, 4+ years experience,

I am currently working in a startup (can't disclose the name), the quality of work and work life balance both are messed up here. My learning in last one year has also been insignificant. I had already decided of switching a couple of months back , but the work load sometimes breaks the continuity.
I am currently in a dilemma whether I should resign without an offer. Will it be a risky move?

My current prep level:- comfortable with medium problems, can't solve the hard problems , LLD(haven't started yet), HLD(average in this).
Based on current preparation, I don't see myself resigning before 2 months . The total time to take exit including 2 months of notice will be 4 months.
