Hi everyone,

I am currently working in a top Service based MNC as a support analyst from 2 years with no production development experience. All that I have done related to development are some automations in my work and a few side projects.

I am currently preparing for SDE(Frontend) roles and I am afraid that product based companies wont consider me as I am neither a fresher nor an experienced developer.

I recently saw many people from support who interviewed for SDE was again offered a support role. So, if we do good in interviews, is there a chance of getting SDE role?

If anyone knows about this or have had a similar journey to good product based comapnies, please let me know what it takes to achieve this.
