I just got an offer from Amazon Ring team for the Indian office (Neighbours App), wanted to know more about this team.
Things I know -

• The team in India is brand new, there's only 1 engineer right now and rest are from US and Argentina
• As per my talks with a guy from US team, WLB is good but some work load is there
• Also talked to the 1 engineer in Indian team, though he only has been working for 10 days, he says it has been good, there is a lot of work but is manageable and expected to reduce as more people join.

I have another offer from ShareChat, both Amazon and ShareChat are offering nearly same compensation (excluding ShareChat ESOPs). Amazon is offering (Base - 20LPA + (7 + 5.5 + 0 + 0)LPA Bonus (0 + 1 + 3 + 3 unit stock)), ShareChat is offering (26 Base + (5.5 + 5.5 + 5.5 + 5.5) LPA ESOPs)

I have plans for MS in the next 2-2.5 years (to settle abroad) and thus considering Amazon as an option since it could help strengthen my profile for MS or even could help me get a transfer directly US to another team (in next 1-2 years) completing my whole reason of doing MS in first place.

Anyone from this team can help me know more, how the WLB has been, the kind of work, any red flags would be really helpful. Also, please don't spam with generic "Amazon has a bad WLB articles", I have researched those a lot and came to conclusion that it highly depends on the team, that's why only people who know specifically about this team, please help.
