I have 14.5 yrs exp in service based industry with salary of 21 LPA. The role is good, challenging and I like it. But when I look people here with 3-5 years exp getting same package, I feel dejected and think I wasted my 10+ years. So here are my questions.

1. Can I make switch at this stage of my career?
2. What salary and role can I expect?
3. How should I prepare?
