Currently working at a good trading firm in India. Have been promoted to Senior developer in the shortest span possible. Got an offer from Google, but the level is L3. Shall I take it or leave it?

Here are the details:
YOE: 2.3 years (would become 2.5 by the time I leave my firm)
Current TC: 42 LPA

Google said that they would match my current TC (and maybe give a little more). Currently, I do not have any competing offers but I am in talks with another firm.

Any advice would be appreciated.
