Experience : 10 years
Current Org: Good Cloud based Product company.

As an automation QE for 10 years, I see there is huge decline in QE compnesations and value in different orgs.
There are many orgs who are just removing the QEs roles altogether so i m worried about future as well.

How you guys see this role in fututre, also i need to skill up which one are highly popular and in demand skills in market
