Hi,
Im 21 years old, fresh college grad.
Got an offer from a Fintech company with good compensation and benifits. (Base 18L + other bonuses and stuff)
Most big companies even the ones in FAANG offer lesser for a fresher. But I keep hearing that Fintech companies are career killing and have bad Work-life balance and not good for long term growth/less learning, and bad for freshers especially.
What do you suggest I do, take the Fintech job or look for a job in a software company.

Note that I have no special interest in engineering or Computer science. But I am decent at it and I am here to earn a living, and have a life. I don't care if i don't get to explore things.
