Career Suggestion Needed : Joining new startup as a fresher

I am a final year student in a Tier 1 (IIT) college. I recently interned in a startup who have extended a PPO offer (Salary Structure: 20L CTC (14L fixed + 6L ESOPs) for the role of Full Stack Engineer. The company is 3-4 years old with around 150+ employees and has a small tech team.
Some pros of the organization (based on my 3 months of experience there) :

  • The team and work culture is amazing. Tech team directly works under the CEO who himself is engaged with the product development process - solving doubts, conducting regular one-to-one technical sessions even with an intern, sharing resources, books, documentation links etc.
  • I get to work on numerous technologies like Ruby on Rails, React, Nodejs, AWS, multiple databases and there is a lot of freedom given to each member over the codebase to study more
  • The founders are all 7-8 years experienced people having been from tier 1 colleges like IIT KGP, Roorkee etc and worked in multiple MNCs/Unicorn startups. Thus, good experienced people for guidance
  • The organization has already received seed funding of 1M+ 2years ago and is growing too.
  • Working on the technical projects here directly impacts the dynamics of the company a lot.

Cons:

  • Most obviously, the biggest con is that I won't get the brand value attached to me that MNCs like FAANG, Microsoft, Adobe or unicorns like Zomato, BrowserStack,Sprinklr, Codenation will provide to my peers.
  • The product development cycle will not be as organized as that in MNCs with multiple level of hierarchies, planning involved in ideation and development
  • Since it is a relatively small startup, tech stacks and architectures are highly monolithic. So, I will not get hands-on experience in architecture and system design based aspects like implementing microservices, etc (I am not sure whether freshers in MNCs get these experiences though. I just think that maybe there, people get much more exposure to the knowledge of building highly scalable systems)
  • I am not getting an SDE/SWE role. I will be working as a Full Stack Engineer.

Keeping in mind future prospects, does joining the organization seems worth it or should I try applying to MNCs in my on-campus and off-campus placements. Will the lack of brand name or my role as a Full Stack Developer hamper any chances of applying to other companies for SDE II, III roles in future, if I gain some experience from here?
I love the workplace but constantly underestimated my prospect here and felt inferior thinking that I will work in just a growing unkown startup while my roommates,friends,peers will be working in big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, Oracle etc. Please can someone guide me on whether I should accept the offer and whether it will be a good opportunity? The question might sound foolish to some but it this dilemma does impact me a lot. Thanks in advance.
