Currently I am working in a multinational IT services and consulting company. I am a 2020 grad and joined here as a Senior Analyst. I am working for one of the most reputed client here and my superiors are also happy with my work. Recently I got an offer from American Express for Analyst position. They offered me 9.5 LPA(including PF contribution) as base and 11 LPA CTC. My current compensation is 7 CTC with 6.5 base.

Is this offer below market standards or appropriate for a 1 yr exp person ??
If not, what reasonable base can I ask from them ??
