I have a mild disabilty on my right side of my body and my fingers are affected too. I can type with one or two fingers of my right hand. The disabilty is visible only if you observe for some time.

My question is whether should I mention it on my resume in some form( like National category rank in an entrance exam - PwD rank) or how should I bring it up in the interview. Will it do if I don't bring it up - I mean is it necessary?

Do some companies reject the resume straight away if they come to know about a disablity. On the contrary, do some companies give preference to disabled candidates?

I am worried because I am a fresher and don't know much about the industry.

Please reply if you have a slight idea about these things.
