I've recently joined Amazon Delhi-NCR and got to know that work here isn't good.
I don't see any learning opportunity here since most of the team is new.
I talked to some SDMs and they recommended to change the org asap since I don't have much strings attached right now.
I'm considering moving to different teams , so know Amazonian opinion:

1. Which location among USA, UK and India is having better work, better wlb and future growth opportunities
2. I'm at L5 level, is it possible to relocate to US/UK having 4 months of experience in Amazon, overall 8 yoe
3. Which team should I consider in US and UK. When I check IJP , I see 1000s of result and I get lost. How can I make sure that the next team I choose is stable and better. Any tips?
4. Which teams are good specillay in Bangalore and Hyderabad?
