I got offer from Amazon, Arcesium and Atlassian But I am Confused which one to join.
My preference in good company culture and work life balance so kindly suggest me which one to go alongwith.
I have 1 year of Experience.
Compensation at Amazon.
Base 15.5
First year signon - 5
Stock Units - 5 vested over 4 years ( worth 13 lakhs )

Compensation at Arcesium.
Base -18
First year signon - 2
Performance bonus - 1.5 - 2.5
LTI - 10 lakhs ( 1/4th year each year )

Compensation at Atlassian
Base 19
Sign-on - 1 lakh
Yearly bonus 1.8 lakhs
RSU - stocks worth $75000 USD vested over 4 years ( 25% each year )

Please suggest me which one to join considering work life balance as priority.
