Hi All, I am working in a US Based MNC. Current Comp is 16 LPA. I have around 10 months of experience. Initial 4 months I woked in a service based company and made a switch to the company where I am working right now. Work culture really good here and the team is also awesome.But the work I am doing right now it's not really interesting and i stongly feel that I am in comfort zone with a linear learning curve. I am frequently getting calls from really good companies many of them are start ups like CRED, supr dialy,harness etc (where I can really improve my design skills). I am really confused if I have to make a switch again. That would be like 3 switches in a very short span of time. Would be of great help if anyone could direct me. :)
