Help Needed

I have two offers in hand

1. TCS Digital
   TC: 7 LPA + 40k joining bonus
   1 year bond period
   3 month waiting/notice period (negotiable)

2. Reliance Jio (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
   Probably a testing Role
   TC: 3.5 LPA
   No bond
   1 month waiting/notice period.

About Myself
0 YOE
Fresher from tier 3 college.
Good in DSA and web development, know some backend and frontend technologies.

Which one should I choose??? Please help
