I have given interviews at Flipkart and Amazon both and 99% hopeful of receiving an offer from both.
Just recently I started searching a bit and got to know about pip culture at Amazon. I'm not sure how much of it is true but the posts I read seemed a bit scary.

Can someone please help which one to consider. I currently have 2 years of experience
