I have 2 years of experience and have an offer from Servicenow for 13 base + 1.3 yearly bonus + pf and gratuity ~15.5 lpa CTC + stock options over 4 years.
The position offered is software engineer and not Senior Software engineer.
This makes me wonder. How is career progression in ServiceNow to Senior Software Engineer? How much time does it typically take for a person with 2 years of experience like me? Also what kind of yearly hikes do ServiceNow Hyderabad give?
Should I join or look for better alternatives as I'm yet to accept.
