Hi,\n\nI got offer confirmations from these companies recently. Can somebody please suggest which would be a better choice in terms of Work, culture, and growth perspective ?\n\nI am currently drilling down on three companies:\n1.) Twilio-> New team in Bangalore. Setting up from scratch. So work load would be huge.\n2.) Gojek -> Established team. Location -> Bangalore\n3.) Intuit -> Established team in Bangalore.\n\nhead to head: Twilio is offering some Juicy RSUs. Though the RSUs offered by gojek is 1/3rd in value than Twilio, I heard that Gojek is going for an IPO. Overall CTC offered by Gojek is about 6-7 lacs (INR) more than Twilio and also the base is about 8 lacs(INR) more than Twilio. Was wondering if Twilio shares can grow to some good extent.
