Hi everyone,
I am a 2021 graduate from India from a tier-1 college. I am currently working in one of the top mncs as a software engineer. Company is good but I dont like the the work allotted(Its not a pure software dev role, the work is more of software engineering on a kernel level). I wish to be in backend/ML(preferably backend) roles as these roles have more demand.
I have tried asking company to change my team but they are not not doing it.
Should I start looking for other job rightaway? How should a fresher find a good off-campus oppurtunity because on linkedIn most job openings of entry level have 1-2 years as req experience.
I can do mostly all medium and some hard leetcode questions(I have done around 500 questions on lc and some on gfg) but I don't know system design.
