i am student from tier-1 college. in my college days i only focused on competative coding. I have decent rating on coding platforms 1800+ on codeforces and 2100+ on codechef. but i did not pay attention to devlopement resulting in no good project. and my gpa is also low 6.8 so did not get much oppurtunities. and in some of companies got rejected after giving all interviews. i got a decent package at the end 9 lacs but i really think it's way less than my worth. I badly want to switch as early as possible. tried messaging a lot of recuirter on linkedin but did not get success. can anybody please suggest me what to do? i badly need some guidence. suggestions are much appriciated.
