I have recently received offer from amazon as SDE-1.
I recently joined a startup at 20LPA(working here for last 3 months).

I have a total experience of around 2 years, I recently switched. I applied for amazon before the switch and recently finished with my interviews at Amazon.
Is Joining Amazon really worth it?

Amazon is Offering:
Base:18 LPA
RSU: 5 units
Bonus: 8 lakhs(5 + 3)
Relocation: 1.5 (one time)

Please help me with your suggestions.
