Intuit India - Career Advice

I got an offer (PPO) for Intuit India for SE to join in 2022.
The pay is quite competitive with > 20 yearly compensation, but I am concerned about learning and growth. All reviews says that WLB is very good, but dont give insights about career growth.
Please advice, and what further companies should I hunt for with growth as my primary goal, but don't want to burnout myself in firms like CodeNation with 12+ average work hours. Is considering startups good for a fresher?
End Note: Good in Competitive Programming (CM on CF), no experience in dev except Intern.
