Hi,

I recently gave interviews for the Google and Amazon for their new grad Software roles.

Amazon - 3 rounds of interviews
Google - 5 rounds of interviews

Result:

Amazon:

Received feedback from the recruiter two hours later the onsite that I passed and received offer letter 2 days later

Google:

Interviews went really well. Coded all the solutions including follow-ups. I took a hint on the first round on follow up question and I am scared it would ruin my chance.

I am working right now at a startup. I want to make a move to either Amazon or Google.

1. Can anyone tell me how much time on average Google gets back to the candidate?
2. My priority is Google and I have been seeing posts in which they specify that Google takes one month to make the offer. I have 20 days to accept the offer from Amazon. Should I just put them on hold for 20 days until I get the Google offer?
