I am currently working as Developer in SAP Successfactors. I have been planning to move out of here because work isvery borking and pay is very less.
I recently got an offer from Morgan Stanley. But upon doing some research I found out that Capitals (Banks) are considered carrer killing options for CS folks, and now I am confused.
What do you guys think? Below are some basic details about my offer and current job.

Company: SAP Successfactors
Salary: X
Work: Old techstack, mainly core java
Work life balance: Awesome
Work pressure: Almost 0
Job security: Pretty good
Morgan Stanley:
Company : Morgan Stanley Banalore, Institutional Securities Technology Division
Salary: 2x (double my current CTC)
Work: As per discussion with hirning manager, it's mixed bag (Java + some new tech stack)
Work life balance: NOT SURE
Work pressure: NOT SURE
Job security: NOT SURE
Previous Experience
Startup: less than a year
Product based company: A very well renowned product based company for 4 years
Service based company: 4 years before product based company
I am confused because I have heard couple of bad things about Morgan Stanley.
