I am a 2021 graduate from a tier-1 college. I got a job in samsung r&d bangalore through campus placements but I do not like the work alloted and wish to change asap. How should i go about applying in companies now, do startups contact a person who just applies on their carrer page or is a referral necessary?
I can solve most of leetocode medium and some hard but i can't do system design questions, what companies should i target?
