OLA: 40 LPA
Meesho: 36 LPA
Fintech Startup (Early stage startup): 37 LPA + 0.15 % stake
Komprise: 36 LPA
Nference: 38 LPA

Please help me choose the best.

I am 3 year experienced in SDE in MNC. Want to work in fast paced culture.
