I\'m from a Tier 2 college and currently working at Goldman Sachs as an Associate (Total exp little less than 4 yrs). My current ctc (fixed) is 23 LPA and annual bonus generally is 20-40% depending on performance. \nSince my pay is lot less than what GS generally offer at this experience, should I look out for companies like Swiggy (which generally provide 35+ LPA base at this exp) ?
