EDIT/UPDATE *** So I actually reached out to my recruiter and got my own question answered in essence. (Google recruiters are awesome and professional by the way. :-) ) He informed me that usually after 1 year after failing any part of the interview process is a good time to consider re-applying).

I failed a Google telephone interview. Assuming it didn't go terribly wrong (I did get 2 tries), how long before they reach out to you again. Do they reach out to you again? Should I be a bit more proactive and reach out to my recruiter?
