Hi, I am a final year CSE student from a Tier-1 college in India. I needed help in choosing between the following 2 offers:

1. SDE @ Media.net -> 17L Base + 3L Joining Bonus + 1L Retention Bonus (1st year) + 1L Relocation Bonus ~ 22L (1st year), 19.5L (2nd year)
2. Quantitative Research @ J.P.Morgan Chase -> 21L Base + 2L Joining Bonus + 8L Variable ~ 23-27L (1st year), 23-31L (2nd year).

I am aware of the differences between an SDE and a QR role, and my primary interest lies in software engineering.
Yet, I was considering an option to join the high-paying QR role and try to get a competitive SDE offer from a product-based company in the future (within 8-10 months of exp). Is this a feasible / viable option ?
In other words, will FAANG-type product-based companies take my QR experience and salary into account while giving out an SDE offer ?
