ESOPs vs Fixed Compensation

I am currently working at a Unicorn startup in India. I have 3 YOE. My fixed salary component is 16LPA and I have vested ESOPs worth around 1cr. The company might go public in the next 1-2 years. My friends in other companies are changing jobs with great salaries. I am confused if I should leave behind my ESOPs and change my job for a better fixed salary component, or stay in my current organisation for the equity. Suggestions?
