Help me decide what to choose.\nMedia.net compensation-\n17 lakh Base + 3 Joining Bonus + (1 Lakh in end of 1st year+1.5 Lakh in end of 2nd year + 2.25 Lakh in end of 3rd Year + 3.75 Lakh in end of 4th Year) + other benefits like medical and life insurance.(PF of 81600 + 32688 Gratuity included in base)\n\nHotStar Compensation -\n15.5 lakhs Base + 1.5 Lakh Target Performance Bonus + 2Lakhs Joining Bonus + 89565 PF + 3300$/3 Disney Stocks per year for 3 years + other benefits like medical and life insurance.\n\nI am confused as media.net is a stable company and hotstar is growing tremendously and I think hotstar can give me a better growth in terms of career but media.net has a brand value associated with it.\nAlso if anyone can tell what are the best teams in media.net and hotstar it would be helpful.\nThanks in Advance.
