Hi Freinds i got offers from Jio and Paytm for the Senior Android Developer position.

Jio = Senior Android Developer (Manager)
Paytm = Senior Android Developer (Senior Software Engineer)

Points which favours Jio ->

1. So many apps under Jio. Multiple Things can be explored.
2. Got investment from So many companies after corona pandemic.

Points which favours Jio ->

1. A good product and good development work can be expected. (Seen so many reviews in leetcode specifying same thing)
2. Beating Jio offer in Terms of Base and Total Compensation.

So please guide me with your valuable suggestions. (In Terms of WLB, Job Security etc. which i missed)

Note : Both offers are exceeding 20 LPA TC (Will post both when join anyone out of it)
