I am a 2021 grad and have to decide between Amazon and Flipkart. I am looking to make a decision based on career growth and learning. The compensation offered at both companies is roughly the same. (Flipkart is slightly higher)

I was always charmed by the Amazon tag but have been reading a lot of negative reviews on Blind/Leetcode regarding the 'Hire the Fire' PIP program and terrible WLB. I understand work life balance would heavily be dependent on the team as well.
As of now I do not know which teams I will be working for at either org.

Also, wanted to know how easy/frequent internal transfers to abroad is at Amazon once you become an SDE2?

Leaning towards Flipkart for now but would really apprecite views of the community. Thank you
