Hello All,
I am working as a Technical Trainer in my current company. I recently got a offer from a Service based company based in pune, there notice period is 90 days. I wanted to use this new position as a stepping stone and move to a big product company but now i'm wondering if any product based company like Oracle, Google, Amazon or High Paying Startups such as Swiggy will wait 90 Days for a new hire?
