I am a 26 YO SWE with 5 years of work exp. from India. Currently earning around 16LPA.\n\n* I am getting few interview calls, Including few from FAANG. Note: I bombed google sometime back - I did OK at best :). I am 50%-60% confident of clearing FAANG, 90% confident of clearing the rest. So I can assume I am going to be earning 25 LPA.\n\n* I also have a pretty good GRE(higher 320s) and TOEFL score and it is valid till 2022 end. \n\nGiven this, I am pretty confused what I should do.\n\n50% of the people IK recommend that I take the FAANG route and abadon the masters plan for good. They think a masters only adds "paper value".\n\nRest 50% of the people IK recommend that I do a Masters, and say that this is invaluable exp. I am in a point in my career where any decision I take now is set in stone. I don\'t have any reputed name-brand in my resume so either FAANG or MS would look good on my profile.\n\nWhat do you guys recommend that I do \uD83E\uDD14\n
