Google Offer(L4) - 80-85 LPA\nUber Current CTC(L4) - 60LPA\nbackground - Tier 1 IIT \nYOE - 7\nIt\'s has been only 3 months since I joined uber and my manager has already initiated the promotion process and he is putting me up for readjustment(Not promotion) for the L5 level in July because my manager feels that I was under-leveled during the hiring process. After all, he was not involved in the hiring process, but he is saying that the probability of happening is low, but if this doesn\'t happen then he will put me for promotion in the December cycle. I feel he genuinely wants me to get promoted but in the end, it will be decided by the promotion committee. Meanwhile, while I was casually interviewing for Google, they gave me an L4 offer and above compensation, but I am not happy with the comp and level at both Uber and Google.\n\nPlease advise what should I do?
