Maybe I'll get bashed for this. I recently received an offer from Amazon India. I work in a well known tech company for an year and a half. The work is decent and the team is great too. Learning is not extreme but it is not even bad. I like the work culture here. Now I'm confused whether I should be taking up the offer because I have heard so many insanse pip and bad work culture about amazon at blind, reddit etc. Am I dumb of thinking of wanting to reject it? I know that Amazon has a huge brand value and maybe it'll be amazing for my resume. Shall I take it up or shall I not?
