Hello LC Community, \n\nI have seen various people on linkedin who are switching in 4 months, 6 months from one company to other. Though it might provide them with high compensation but in longer run aren\'t they questioned about their trust towards organization. They might run from one to other and keep on doing this just for the sake of money which is fine but my point is how is companies trusting them that they can retain them if they are continuing serving in shorter spans. It has been a concern currently too in the ongoing COVID situation. Pointing this out and in a confused state by all of this, just wanted to know what is a correct time to switch from one company to other especially from the first job. Is a shorter span in the first switch going to effect in the 3rd or 4th switch job interviews.\n\nProfessionals can put their view on what are their own criteria\'s in deciding this. \nThanks in advance.
