I have gotten offers from these 6 companies -

Navi(SDET-2)
I have received offers from both these companies and want to understand what would be a better place to join (not just in terms of pay, but overall) ?

package wise Navi is paying more(32 lpa fix +8 lac eshop) dream 11 is paying (27lpa fix 6.75 joining bonous and 6.75 eshop) mindtickle is paying (25 fix +2 joining bonous +2.5 incentive+1000 eshop)
