I have gotten (or almost gotten) offers from these 3 companies - DE Shaw (testing/automation), Amazon (SDE1), PayPal (SDE1) and I need help deciding which to choose.

My concerns:

1. Value of the D.E. Shaw tag is more than the other 2 but it is a testing profile
2. Salary of PayPal is on a little lower side (22 LPA CTC, compared to 35 LPA by DE Shaw and 30 LPA by Amazon) but it has the best work-life balance, work quality and great perks.
3. Amazon has a possibility to send employees off-shore.

Please provide explanations along with your preference and please mention if you've worked in these companies or not. :)
