EXP : 2 years 10 months

Just wanted to share I got offers from walmart, paypal and Oracle, Need suggestions whcih comapny is best to join apart from compensations in terms of working and culture.I am in state of confusion.

compensation are almost same for three companies

oracle : 20 fixed no stocks
walmart : 23 fixed 15% stocks on fixed for 4 years
paypal : 25 fixed 20k$ stocks for 3 years

Hoping many will give answers and your opinions on that.
