Like any other software engineers, I am the one who also wants to land in FAANG.\nI\'m interested in Cloud Computing and Big Data. \nI took only one Distributed Systems course when I was in college; couldn\'t take Big Data course because my college didn\'t offer it.\nI found out very good Cloud Computing and Big Data courses in Coursera but I wonder if it is really necessary to take both courses to land in FAANG. \nBoth courses are very demanding; need to spend more than 15 hours every week to complete them on time.\nI work as a software engineer and there are a lot of OTs. So, my spare time is very limited. \nCan anyone give me an advice for Leetcode VS (Taking Coursera courses and then solve Leetcode questions).\nMy plan is to apply for FAANG next year; probably like May or June?\nJust solving Leetcode questions as many as possible for 1 year is better or\nTaking those 2 courses and then solving Leetcode questions for about 3 months is better?\n
