I have received the offer from Mavenir Bangalore as an Technical Architect/Manager . I have 6+ years of experience and worked in Product based companies.

1. Mavenir has a Notice period of 3 months, will it be difficult to find job with 3 months NP ?
2. Mavenir doesn't have Brand value/ famous in the market . Is it okay to join not known company ?
3. I want to do more coding for few more years but looking at the profile , I will get involved in Techinal / managerial discussion more . Suggestion ?
